Break the habit.
A tiny macOS menu bar app that watches for nail-biting and gently reminds you to stop. Runs entirely on your Mac — nothing leaves your device.
How it works
Lives in your menu bar
Click the nail icon to start monitoring. No windows, no distractions.
Watches via your camera
Uses machine learning to detect when your hand approaches your mouth.
Alerts you instantly
A quick red flash and optional beep snaps you out of the habit.
Simple by design
100% Private
Everything runs locally on your Mac. No images are ever stored, sent, or logged.
Works Offline
No internet required. ML models are bundled with the app.
Lightweight
Sits quietly in your menu bar. Minimal CPU and battery usage.
Your privacy, protected
Nailed uses MediaPipe machine learning models that run entirely in-browser via WebAssembly. Your camera feed is processed in memory and immediately discarded — frame by frame. We have no servers, no analytics, no tracking. We couldn't see your data even if we wanted to.
